1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping

- If the order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be initiated.
After Shipping
- If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can refuse delivery of the package. Once the package is returned to us, a refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for products that are:
- Delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
- Incorrect items received (e.g., wrong product, size, or quantity).
- Products with manufacturing defects.
Non-Returnable Items
- Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Return Timeframe
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.

- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (subject to service availability). If a reverse pickup is not possible, you may need to ship the product to our warehouse.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund.

- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or to your bank account/wallet as per your preference.
Refund Timelines
- Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days after the returned product passes the quality check.
- For COD orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account after the return is approved. You will be asked to provide your bank details.
Deductions (if any)
- Shipping fees, COD charges, or return courier costs (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount in cases of non-defective product returns or order cancellations post-shipping.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are currently not available. You may return the incorrect/damaged item and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Important Notes
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.
- Refunds or replacements will not be processed for items that are returned in a damaged, used, or tampered condition.
- If the product is deemed ineligible for return or refund upon inspection, it will be sent back to you at your cost.
